Shipping and Returns Policies

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card/ bank account for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and are available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail or call.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we processed the charges to your credit card & bank account it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address & on your contact number you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at orders@ikkacart.com or feel free to call us at +91-7705-03-04-05

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If you item(s) do arrived damaged please send us photos, write an email to returns@ikkacart.com or Call us at +91-7705-03-04-05

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours and if your order has shipped till that time, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.  Refunds will only be issued to the original account/credit card that you use when placing your order.

Cash On Delivery

If you (the buyer) have confirmed Cash on Delivery of a product and if the you rejects the products stating that you do not require it or have placed the order in error or any such reason where you refuses to accept the package, then you would need to bear the return shipment cost which will be equal to the charge of shipment  so we would request if you think you ordered something which was not required or you realizes that you don’t need this now so please call us at +91-7705-03-04-05 or drop an email at info@ikkacart.com within 48 hrs. Of order to avoid return shipment costs.
